【摘要】目的 探讨综合型医院糖尿病健康管理体系构建过程中存在的问题和解决对策。方法 回顾性分析和总结我院糖友俱乐部的实践过程和具体措施。结果 以集团力学的相互作用理论为基础,明确俱乐部目标，结合医院优势组建俱乐部工作团队，通过个人与群体等形式开展内容广泛的健康教育。结论 建立和完善健康管理体系是糖友俱乐部顺利发展和运作质量的保证。今后，应及时进行糖尿病患者学习需求评估，提高健康教育人员对健康教育方法论的认识，加强俱乐部团队之间的协调性和信息交流。

 【Abstract】Objective To explore the existing-problem and resolving-strategy which existed in the diabetes mellitus health administration construction system of the general hospital.Methods Retrospectivelyanalysis and summary the practice procedure and concrete measures of the friends club of diabetes mellitus in our hospital.Results Underlaying the collision theory of colonia mechanics,identifying club aim, combined withthe advantage of the hospital to set upthe clubhouse workteam, through the form of individuals and groups to carry out extensive health education .Conclusion To setup and consummate the health administration system construction is the assurance of the diabetes mellitus clubhouse which has a smoothly development andoperation of quality.
