  【摘要】目的 试论在新形式下，肿瘤内科的治疗疗效。方法 本文选取2010年1月—2011年1月我院收治的胃癌患者总计686例，将外科单纯手术组343例作为对照组。对比两组的临床疗效及预后情况。结果 新辅助化疗的患者肿瘤手术切除率、根治性切除率均优于常规手术组(均P0.05)。由上表可见，观察组在手术时间和术中出血上，疗效明显由于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义(P 0.05).
