【摘要】目的 分析上消化道出血的常见病因、诱因，为健康宣教提供理论依据。方法 收集318例临床病例，对上消化道出血的常见病因、诱因进行分析。结果 (1)消化性溃疡，急性糜烂出血性胃炎，食管胃底静脉曲张及恶性肿瘤是上消化道出血最常见的病因。随着年龄增加，上消化道出血的病因中消化性溃疡逐渐减少，恶性肿瘤呈上升趋势。(2)饮食不当、酗酒及药物使用不当等为常见诱因。结论 加强对患者的宣教工作并完善有效的预防措施可减少消化道出血的发生率。

 【Abstract】Objective To analyse the upper gastrointestinal bleeding common causes, incentives, and provide theoretical basis for health mission. Methods We collected 318 cases of clinical cases, a common cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, incentives for analysis. Results (1) The peptic ulcer, acute debaucjed hemorrhagic gastritis, esophageal stomach bottom varicose veins and m alignant tumor is upper gastrointestinal bleeding the most common cause. Increase with age, upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the etiology of chronic peptic ulcer m alignant tumor, reduce gradually rise. (2) Not eating, drinking and drug use for common motiation improper.
