【摘要】目的 建立常用食疗中药中7种重金属元素(铅、镉、铜、锌、铁、锰、铬)的检测方法,测定3种中药材重金属元素的含量。方法 样品经微波消解后,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅、镉、铬;采用火焰原子吸收法测定铜、锌、铁、锰,并对测定方法进行了方法学考察。结果 测定元素的工作曲线,线性相关系数均在0.997以上,测定方法RSD均小于13%(n=5),Fe、Cr元素的的平均加样回收率为95.3%和99.3%,RSD分别为5.0%和8.4%。结论 该方法简便,准确,可较好地用于中药材微量元素的含量测定。

【Abstract】Objective To determine the contents of seven trace elements (Pb, Cd,Cu,Zn Fe,Mn,Cr)in three ordinary food therapy herbs. Methods Samples were digested with microwave digestion system,and the Pb,Cd and Cr were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS);The others were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) and examine the reproducibility and recovery of the method.
