  【摘要】目的 探讨Survivin、Bcl-2、Bax基因在子宫内膜异位症恶变中的表达及临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法，检测30例子宫内膜异位症恶变肿瘤中Survivin、Bcl-2、Bax的表达。结果 1.子宫内膜异位症恶变内膜Survivin表达率及强度明显高于子宫内膜异位症异位内膜(p0.05)。结论 子宫内膜异位症恶变中，Survivin及Bcl-2过表达，而Bax表达不增加。Survivin、Bcl-2、Bax基因的表达在子宫内膜异位症恶变过程中起重要作用。
