【摘要】大量流行病学观察和实验室研究显示雌激素对心血管系统的保护作用，但是最近临床试验显示雌激素替代疗法可能增加而不是降低心血管疾病的风险。研究发现和临床试验不同结果的可能原因包括雌激素细胞特异性和组织特异性的作用、雌激素受体调节作用的复杂性以及临床设计的局限性。对于雌激素替代治疗预防和治疗心血管疾病的未来仍在讨论。

 Research Progress on Estrogen receptor related Hypertension and Cardiovascular disease

 【Abstract】A wealth of epidemiological observations and laboratory research indicate estrogens have cardioprotective effects; however, recent clinical trials have shown that estrogen replacement therapy (ERT) might even increase rather than reduce the risk of heart disease. The potential reasons for the disparity between research findings and clinical trials include the cell and tissue-specific actions of estrogens and the complexity of estrogen receptor regulation as well as limitations in clinical trial design. The future of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease is also discussed.
