【摘要】目的 探讨土茯苓在临床中的广泛应用。方法 通过病案分析土茯苓在治疗妇科疾病，关节炎、脂溢性皮炎、偏头痛、血管神经性头痛等疾病的疗效。结果 临床上合理应用土茯苓治疗慢性盆腔炎、类风湿性关节炎、皮肤病、偏头痛等相关疾病取得显著效果。结论 土茯苓能够治疗关节炎、偏头痛、皮肤病、妇科疾病等，且有明显效果，值得临床推广。

 【Abstract】Objective To investigate Smilax glabra in clinical widely used. Methods The medical records of Smilax glabra in the treatment of gynecological diseases, arthritis, seborrheic dermatitis, migraine, vascular headache and neurological diseases such effect. Results The clinical application of Smilax glabra reasonable treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, rheumatoid arthritis, skin diseases, migraine and other related diseases achieved remarkable results. Conclusion Smilax glabra to treat arthritis, migraine, skin diseases, gynecological diseases, and have a demonstrable effect and is worthy of promotion.
