【摘要】目的 讨论腹腔镜下全子宫切除手术配合方法及效果。方法 应用腹腔镜对320例子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌症患者实施全子宫切除术，做好术前心理护理、仪器准备、器械准备、术中严格无菌操作密切配合。结果 320例患者均获得满意疗效。结论 充分的术前准备，完善的器械设备系统，精湛的操作技能，术中医护的密切配合是手术成功的关键。

 【Abstract】Objective To discuss the methods and results of laparoscopic hysterectomy .Methods 320 cases of uterine fibroids laparoscopy and for patients with adenomyosis hysterectomy, we do good preoperative psychological care, equipment preparation, appliances preparation, strict aseptic technique and the close cooperation with the surgery during the operation. Results patients of the 320 cases are satisfied with the results.
