【摘要】目的 探讨流脑的流行病学监测及免疫预防措施，以对流脑流行进行有效控制。方法 对流脑发病率及病死率等进行流行病学监测，对儿童进行脑膜炎球菌等疫苗注射的免疫预防。结果 加强流脑流行病学监测及免疫预防，对流脑的危害程度有了更深入了解，也使得对疫情变化的预测有了依据，同时也有效控制了疫情的流行、发展。结论 若要对流脑进行彻底有效的控制，就要加强对其的流行病学监测，加大免疫预防力度。

 【Abstract】Objective Discuss the measures of the epidemiological surveillance and immunization of meningococcal meningitis, do effective control of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis. Methods For children, did meningococcal vaccine injection for immunization. Results Strengthening epidemiological surveillance and immunization ECM, we have a more in-depth understanding of the harmful levels of ECM, have the basis of forecast for changes in the epidemic, and at the same time control the epidemic prevalence and development effectively.
