【摘要】目的 分析锁定钢板在胫腓骨骨折中胫骨内固定中的疗效。方法 对27例严重粉碎性胫腓骨骨折中胫骨采用锁定钢板内固定术，术后观察其疗效。结果 术后平均随访18个月，临床疗效分析按照Johner-Wruhs [1]标准：优17例，良4例。无骨折畸形愈合及感染，无小腿筋膜间隔综合征发生，无内固定物无松动或断裂。结论 应用锁定钢板治疗粉碎性胫骨骨折具有创伤小，操作简便，内固定坚强，手术时间短等优点，是临床治疗粉碎性胫骨骨折的一种理想方法。

 【Abstract】Objective To analyze locking plate in the tibia and fibula fracture fixation in the tibia in effect. Methods 27 cases of severe comminuted fracture of tibia and fibula in tibial fixation using locking plate, after observing its effect. Results The mean follow-up of 18 months, the clinical efficacy analysis in accordance with Johner-Wruhs [1] Standard: excellent in 17 cases, good in 4 cases. No fracture malunion and infection, leg compartment syndrome, no internal fixation without loosening or fracture. Conclusion locking plate for treatment of comminuted tibial fractures with less trauma, simple, strong fixation, shorter operative time, etc., is the clinical treatment of comminuted tibial fractures is an ideal method. ......
