  【摘要】目的 观察雾化治疗369例小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 选择门诊确诊为过敏性鼻炎患儿369例，随机分为喷雾组，药物组、对照组，各123例，三组患儿的年龄、性别、病程等各方面差异性无统计学意义，(P>0.05)，具有可比性。喷雾组给予喜炎平罩住口鼻雾化喷入；药物组给予氯雷他定片口服；对照组给予生理盐水雾化吸入，治疗周期为3个月，观察并记录其临床症状的改变及不适反应。结果 喷雾组的总有效率为100%，药物组的总有效率为90.24%，对照组的总有效率为72.36%，并且喷雾组的副作用明显低于药物组的副作用，差均异具有统计学意义(p 0.05), comparable.
