摘要：目的 探讨翼状胬肉显微切除联合生物羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉中的手术方式和治疗效果。方法 对一例复发性翼状胬肉患者，进行显微切除联合生物羊膜移植，术后一周、一月、三月随访，观察手术治疗效果。结果 手术治疗后病例无复发，患者异物感等并发症不明显。结论 复发翼状胬肉时采用显微切除联合生物羊膜移植治疗，复发率低，并发症少，改善患者的预后。

 Abstract：Objective To explore the method and effect of microsurgical resection of recurrent pterygium with amniotic membrane.Methods One patient who received microsurgical resection of recurrent pterygium with amniotic membrane was followed for 3 months.Results No recurrence was found after surgical treatment.And no complication was observed.Conclusion The treatment of recurrent pterygium excision combined with amniotic membrane improve the prognosis of patients.
