【摘 要】目的：总结脊髓栓系的MRI特点，提高其诊断水平。方法：回顾性分析16例手术病理证实的脊髓栓系患者的MRI表现。结果：MRI可准确分析脊髓圆锥、终丝位置、脊髓脊膜及脊柱等形态及信号变化，并明确诊断其多种并发症。结论：MRI可准确诊断脊髓栓系及其合并症，对临床治疗有一定意义。
