【摘 要】目的：观察借助无痛胃镜取出小儿上消化道异物的临床护理配合方法及效果。方法：选取我院37例上消化道存在异物的患儿为研究对象，在无痛胃镜的引导下将异物取出，并给予术前、术中、术后及健康教育等护理干预，统计患儿的治疗及护理效果。结果：本组37例患儿均成功将异物取出，其中黏膜轻微擦伤的有30例，輕度活动性出血4例，尖锐异物刺入食管壁的有2例，术后食管疑似穿孔的有1例。结论：对于上消化道异物患儿，无痛胃镜取出术具有创伤小，操作简便，安全可靠等优势，而通过做好护理配合工作，可有效提高异物取出成功率。
