【摘要】 通过回顾分析我院41例神经外科手术部位感染患者抗生素耐药情况，探讨影响神经外科手术部位感染抗生素耐药的因素。结果表明神经外科手术部位感染抗生素耐药因素复杂，主要与个体差异有关，老年患者耐药危险性较高。

【Abstract】 Retrospective analysis of 41 cases of hospital neurosurgery surgical site infection in patients with antibiotic resistance，and explore the impact of neurosurgery surgical site infection antibiotic resistance factors.The results showed that the nerve surgical site infection antibiotic resistance factors，mainly related to individual differences in resistance higher risk for elderly patients.
