【摘要】 目的 观察分析重度妊高症患者行剖宫产术的麻醉方法选择及效果。方法 选取我院82例重度妊高症患者将其分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(41例)，对比两组患者麻醉效果。结果 对比两组患者阻滞显效时间、阻滞效果及低血压发生率，有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 腰—硬联合在重度妊高症患者行剖宫产临床上麻醉效果显著。
