当前位置: 首页 > 医疗版 > 紧急救助 > 食物中毒 编号：13752450 对一起由多病菌引起的细菌性食物中毒的调查 http://www.100md.com 2012年5月1日 《中国保健营养·中旬刊》 20125 病原菌,流行病学   【摘 要】目的：对1起由多细菌性引起的食物中毒进行流行病学调查。方法： 按照卫生部制定食源性疾病调查登记表和GB/T4789《食品卫生微生物检验方法》进行。结果： 受检者46人,其中6份肛拭中4份及拌牛百页中检出致病性大肠埃希氏菌,在30份剩余的熟食卤菜中14份检出奇异变形杆菌、4份副溶血性弧菌、12份溶藻性弧菌。结论： 本次食物中毒是1起由多种病原菌引起的细菌性食物中毒。
