【摘 要】目的：进一步探讨儿童药物过敏性休克的症状、体征及早期诊断、救治体会，尤其是一些成功救治的经验体会。方法：通过询问病史、体格检查及早期诊断、积极救治等多年临床观察，总结儿童药物过敏性休克的临床救治经验。对我所工作过的二所医院17年来亲自诊断和主持救治的10例药物过敏性休克的患儿进行临床观察，其中男4例，女6例；年龄最小6个月，最大5岁；所有病例均在静脉输液过程中发生药物过敏性休克，且所有病例均为中重度药物过敏反应。结果：10例药物过敏性休克的患儿均救治成功，无一例死亡及产生并发症。结论：临床工作中遇到儿童药物过敏性休克并不可怕，只要提高认识，早期识别诊断，积极正确救治，儿童便可迅速恢复健康，并可减少医患纠纷。

 【Abstract】objective：further discussion of drug allergic shock in children experience symptoms, signs, and early diagnosis, treatment, particularly experiences of successful treatment. Methods：by asking the history, physical examination and clinical observation of early diagnosis, active treatment for many years, summarize the clinical experience of treatment of children’s medicine anaphylactic shock.
