【摘 要】目的：分析糖尿病患者临床诊疗过程中出现低血糖的原因及处理措施。方法：分析糖尿病合并低血糖40例患者的临床资料。结果：本组40例糖尿病合并低血糖患者中低血糖昏迷28例，其中5分钟清醒者18例，10分钟清醒者10例。其中1例多次发生低血糖昏迷。28例昏迷患者经抢救后症状缓解，死亡1例，留有精神症状后遗症1例。结论：分析糖尿病合并低血糖患者的原因及防止办法。

 【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical treatment of diabetic patients during hypoglycemia causes and treatment measures. Methods：Analyzed 40 cases of diabetes and hypoglycemia in patients with clinical data. Results：This group of 40 patients with low blood sugar in patients with diabetic hypoglycemic coma in 28 cases, of which five minutes clear in 18 cases, 10 minutes clear in 10 cases. One case of repeated hypoglycemia coma. 28 cases of coma in patients with symptoms after the rescue, and 1 died, leaving the after-effects of psychiatric symptoms in 1 case. Conclusion：Analysis of diabetic patients with low blood sugar causes and prevention methods.
