【摘 要】目的:进行小儿乙肝疫苗接种，预防控制乙肝的传播和流行。方法:我社区从1992年开始对新生儿、婴幼儿乙肝疫苗接种，接种率逐年提高，目前接种率达99%。结果:乙肝病毒表面抗原携带率明显降低。 结论:接种乙肝疫苗是预防乙肝病毒感染的最有效手段, 具有良好的远期效果。

 【Abstract】Objective：Pediatric hepatits B vaccine injection to prevent the epidemic of the disease. Medthod： New-born and infant in our community have been injected hepatitis B vaccine since1992.The vaccination rate has gradually increased and now stands at 99%.Results：Carrying rate of Hepatitis B surface antigen shows an obviously decrease. Conclusion：Hepatitis B vaccine injection, which has sound long-term effect, is the most effective way to prevent infection of hepatitis B virus.
